This shake is very fresh and healthy, it has an excellent flavor, it is ideal if you want to lose weight since it gives you lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber, which will make your digestion good and your body will take better advantage of the nutrients.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 2 branches celery
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • 150 milliliters water
  • ice

Preparation

Peel the orange and cut it into pieces like pineapple and celery.
Blend all the ingredients above with the squeezed lemon, the glass of water.
Add more water if you like it with a more liquid consistency. You can use ice if you like it cool.

PRESENTATION

You can add some mint leaves
