Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup alfalfa, (sprouts)
  • 1 cup broccoli, (sprouts)
  • 1 cup sunflower sprouts, (chopped)
  • 1/4 cups tahini
  • olive oils
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

In a blender add water and lemon juice.
Little by little add the garlic, the tahini and the alfalfa, sunflower and broccoli sprouts.
Before turning off, add a little olive oil and go.
