Pork Ribs with Bacon in Honey Mustard Sauce

There is nothing more delicious than ribs with bacon, especially if they are seasoned with a sauce of honey and mustard. If you don't know how to make pork ribs, don't worry because you just need to follow these four steps. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 kilos pork rib, cut
  • 1 package bacon, 250 grams
  • 1/2 kilos cambray potato
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup light beer
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Preparation

On a board, place the bacon and wrap the rib with it until it covers all the meat, set aside.
Heat a deep skillet over high heat, seal the ribs in the pan until the bacon is browned, add the potatoes and cook in the same fat until they are brown.
Add onion, garlic and cook until bright. Incorporate mustard, honey, beer, whipping cream, lemon juice and cook for about 35 minutes, until the ribs and potatoes are cooked and you have a thick sauce. Set aside.
Serve the ribs with the potatoes over a layer of sauce. Decorate with a little chopped parsley and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the ribs on a plate with the sauce.

TIPS

Make sure the bacon is crunchy so that it sticks to the rib and stays crispy.
