Preparation
Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Knead the dough (add a little water if necessary) and form into balls, use a tortilla to make the soup (remember to place the dough between 2 pieces of plastic) and press the sides to form a casserole.
Fry the sopesitos in the hot oil, you can leave them well browned or medium soft.
Place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Spread a teaspoon of beans in each soup.
On the beans, place a portion of shredded cooked chicken making a volcano.
Decorate with the lettuce, cream, grated cheese and tomato on each soup.
