Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 piece of baguette cut into medium thick slices
  • 4 spoonfuls of Oli Oil from Nutrioli ®
  • 1 piece of Brie cheese (200 g) cut into slices
  • 200 grams of Canadian lomo
  • 1 Cup of arugula
  • 1/4 of Cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of garlic salt
  • 2/3 of Cup of Oli Oil from Nutrioli ®

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the slices of baguette with 4 tablespoons of Nutrioli® Oli Oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes turning half, so that they remain crispy. Reservation.
    Place a slice of brie cheese on each pan and grill about 5 minutes.
    Add the Canadian loin and a little arugula. Reservation.
    For the vinaigrette, mix the balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Emulsifies with Nutrioli® Oli Oil.
    Serve the tapas with the vinaigrette.

    PRESENTATION

    Finish with the balsamic vinaigrette.

    TIPS

    Take care that the bread is not so crispy in the first cooking, to avoid that they are very hard when baked with the cheese.
