This avocado snack with goat cheese has a light lemon flavor and is delicious with crostinis or toasted bread rolls.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 10 pickled onions
  • 2 avocados, Boys
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 1/2 natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Chop the onions and chives. Mix the avocado with the goat cheese with a fork until well blended.
Add the yogurt, onions, lemon juice, a little chives and cayenne pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a small dish, decorate with green onions and sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper. Serve with thin slices of toasted baguette.

TIPS

The cayenne pepper is spicy so go putting it little by little and try it until it is to your liking.
