Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of onion cut into large boxes
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoonful of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 4 pieces of tomato without peel and finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of marjoram dry
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of tomato puree
  • 2 cups of whole black bean cooked and without broth
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 bag of Whole Arab bread Libanius®

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, add the garlic and let it cook for 3 minutes until golden, add the peppers, the tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes until it cooks, add the seasonings, chilli powder, paprika, dry marjoram cumin and sugar, cook for 3 more minutes.
    Add the tomato puree and black beans, season with salt and pepper and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
    In a cupcake mold, flip the bottom and place the whole-grain Arabic bread Libanius® to make a basket, bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
    Add some chilli in the integral Arabic bread Libanius® and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can substitute the marjoram for thyme.
