Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
On a flat surface, flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin until they are very thin.
With a round cookie cutter, cut 1 circle out of each slice of flattened bread. (You can also make them in the form of stars)
Place the circles of bread on a tray to bake muffins placing them down to cover the mold well.
Coat all the muffins with the melted butter and put in the oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Beat the gorgonzola cheese and cream cheese until well blended. Add salt and pepper.
Put the cheese mixture in a sleeve and fill each bread basket with cheese in the form of a flower (you put a cross or star nozzle so it comes out like that).
Sprinkle the canapés with paprika and decorate each with a nut.
