The chalupas are a typical dish of Puebla that is often served as a snack or to start.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 10 corn tortillas, girls
  • 100 grams fresh cheese
  • 1/2 onions
  • enough oil, to fry
  • to taste red hot sauce
  • to taste green sauce
  • to taste parsley

Preparation

Heat the sauces each one separately.
Fry the tortillas.
Assemble the boats, putting the hot tortilla, the sauce, a bit of onion, cheese and finally the parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve a red and green chalupa on a plate.
