"Chips" of Dehydrated Banana

These dehydrated banana chips are an excellent substitute for the chips that children eat during recess and a healthy snack.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 bananas
  • Water in a bowl
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice

    Preparation

    Slice the banana into rolls as thin as you can and put them in the bowl with water and three tablespoons of lemon. Wait some minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 60 degrees. Put the banana in a kitchen towel and dry the excess water.
    In a cookie tray put waxed paper or sprinkle some pam and place orderly the wheels of the banana.
    Put the tray in the oven for 5 hours, once they are finished, turn them over and leave them in the oven overnight (with the oven off).

    TIPS

    You can serve with lemon and chile piquin.

    muy buena receta esta muy bien la receta, ademas en horno es mejor, que freirlas, eso seria mucho aceite ademas asi son mas nutritivos.
