Cilantro mousse with Chicharrón de Queso

Appetizing snack of creamy cilantro mousse with mascarpone and goat cheeses. This soft mousse with a spicy touch will be the ideal snack that you prepare for any gathering, besides being accompanied by chicharrón de queso. Try it and you will not regret it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of coriander leaf disinfected
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper without seeds
  • 1 Cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1 on of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted in the microwave for 20 seconds
  • 1/4 of Cup of cherry tomato to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a tray with non-stick paper, add parmesan cheese in a circular shape, bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven, lift the parmesan crust and place on top of a mold so that it is shaped like a basket. Reserve the baskets.
    Blend the cream to beat, the mayonnaise, the cilantro, the chile serrano, the mascarpone cheese, the goat cheese, the salt and the pepper. Reservation.
    In a bowl beat the cream to beat until peaks. Add little by little the blender mixture and incorporate the previously hydrated and melted gelatin in the form of a thread.
    Serve in small molds and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
    Desmolda and serve in the baskets the mousse decorates with cherry and cilantro. Enjoy
