Preparation
Hydrate the grenetine with water and let stand 5 minutes. Melt in the microwave for 10 seconds, mix and reserve.
Blend the cilantro, with the grated rind, the cream cheese, the goat cheese, the cream to beat, the salt and the pepper.
Still liquefying, add the grenetine in the form of thread. Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased or silicone mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
Unmold, decorate with cilantro and serve with crackers.
