The tuna and potato pancakes is the perfect recipe for those days when you do not want to eat meat or for the Easter season. They are delicious breaded pancakes that you will not be able to resist. Get ready, because it will be a success.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 pieces of potato
  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces of egg smoothie
  • ground breads necessary amount
  • vegetable oils necessary amount

    Preparation

    In a pot add enough water to cover the potatoes and cook until the fork comes in easily, approximately 25 min.
    In a bowl mix parsley, onion and tuna.
    Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes and peel, mash, add salt and pepper.
    Add the potatoes to the tuna and form pancakes 1cm thick and about 7cm in diameter or the size you want, pass them through beaten egg and then the bread, finally fried until golden brown, placed on a plate on napkins.

    PRESENTATION

    You can serve over a tomato sauce (in other places known as tomato) with or without spicy and accompany with white rice.

    TIPS
