Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups cashews, toast
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cooked
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 celeries, cut into canes

Preparation

Add to the processor the Indian walnut, with the carrot, garlic, paprika, curry, ginger and season to your liking.
Accompany with celery sticks so you can tell on the pate.

TIPS

Cook perfectly well the carrots to give the ideal texture to your preparation.
