  • 2 pieces of carrot peeled and cooked
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of curry
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 pieces of celery cut into canes

    Preparation

    Add to the processor the Indian walnut, with the carrot, garlic, paprika, curry, ginger and season to your liking.
    Accompany with celery sticks so you can tell on the pate.
