The chipotle dip is a classic, prepare this rich healthy dip with chipotle and Greek Yoplait Without Added Sugar that will give it a spectacular touch, mixed with dry jocoque, natural yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, flavored with garlic in powder, mustard and a touch of walnut, to make it more nutritious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups jocoque, dry
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added
  • 1/4 cups chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cups walnut
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon walnut, finely chopped, to decorate
  • to taste banana, crispy, to accompany

Preparation

Place the jocoque, the Greek Yoplait without Added Sugar, the chipotle chili, the olive oil, the lemon juice, the mustard, the garlic powder, the walnut in the processor. Process 3 minutes or until you get a creamy consistency.
Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
Serve, decorate with walnut and serve with a snack of crispy bananas.
