A recipe for a delicious homemade onion dip, just as if you had bought it at the corner store. Ideal to accompany a potato chips or any snack you like. If your husband meets with his friends to watch a sporting event, this recipe is the ideal snack. The McCormick® Chicken Broth is the perfect touch for this recipe to have a sensational flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Granulated Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Powder Garlic
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise with Lemon Juice McCormick®
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • white pepper powder, to taste

Preparation

Heat the butter and fry the onion until it is clear, remove from heat and add the Chicken Broth and McCormick® Powder Garlic.
Add the onion to a food processor; Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and pepper. Grind until you get the desired consistency.

PRESENTATION

Serve the dip accompanied by French fries, wings or your favorite snack.

TIPS

If you want a sweeter taste, substitute white onion for purple onion.
