Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach, washed, disinfected and cut
  • 1 cup artichoke, finely chopped
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cheese, at room temperature (190 g)
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 baguette, for croutons
  • 1/3 cups olive oil, for croutons
  • to taste paprika, for croutons
  • to taste oregano, for croutons

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° c
In a pan over medium heat, add the oil, add the onion, add the spinach, cook for 2 minutes and add the artichokes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
In a blender add the Philadelphia® cheese and pour the cream little by little until it reaches a creamy consistency, add the spinach and the artichoke, season with salt and pepper.
For the croutons, slice the bread, spread the olive oil, season with garlic powder, paprika and oregano, bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.

PRESENTATION

Presents in a large platter accompanied by croutons around.

TIPS

If you prefer you can add bouillon in seasoning powder.
