Tuna and Yoghurt Dip

You can never miss the dip for the meeting, this delicious tuna and yoghurt dip, mixed with a spicy touch and pickled jalapeño pepper acid, lemon juice, dehydrated tomato combined with creamy Greek Yoplait No Added Sugar, goat cheese and cheese cream, with a touch of olive. You're going to love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups canned tuna
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño chile, in vinegar
  • 1/4 cups vinegar, jalapeño peppers
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 cup Yoplait® greek yogurt with no added sugar
  • 1/4 cups dried tomato
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 cups olive, chopped
  • pita bread, chips, to accompany

Preparation

Place the canned tuna, jalapeño pepper, jalapeño chilli vinegar, lemon juice, Greek Yoplait No Added Sugar, dehydrated tomato, goat cheese and cream cheese in the processor. Process 3 minutes or until you get a creamy consistency.
Season to your liking with salt and pepper and add the olives, mix well.
Serve and accompany with some fried pita bread triangles, decorate with sliced olives. Enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the dip and accompany with the pita bread chips.

TIPS

Fry in a deep pot pita bread cut into triangles to accompany.
