Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 baguette bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, with garlic
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese
  • 1 cup spice, chopped
  • 1 package Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/4 cups cranberry
  • 1/4 cups black olive, (optional to give it a little more flavor)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 230ºC.
Cut the baguette bread, smear the butter on each piece of bread and put it in the oven for 11 to 12 minutes
Once the tapas are toasted, place the delicious hummus on each tapa equally.
We continue with the spinach, later with the goat cheese and, if necessary, the blueberries or the olives.
Serve and enjoy this delicious delicacy.

PRESENTATION

They can be put on an elongated plate to make a slightly more gourmet presentation.

TIPS

If it is not well roasted you can leave it in the oven for a few more minutes (it varies depending on the intensity of the oven). In case of summer you can substitute goat cheese for some dairy-free cheese or vegan cream cheese.
