Ingredients

  • 250 grams Hummus Libanius®
  • 8 flour tortillas, for wrap
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 16 slices Turkey ham
  • 16 slices manchego cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

Heat the flour tortillas (for wraps) on a comal.
Spread on each omelette Hummus Libanius Natural.
Above Hummus Libanius Natural, place lettuce (previously minced), 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of Manchego cheese and 4 slices of tomato for each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas into a wrap.
Put in the refrigerator until serving.
To serve, cut each wrap into 8 equal parts, to give them as sandwiches.
