The octopus is cooked, then cooled. The potatoes are boiled separately and then cut into thin slices. The plate is decorated with spicy paprika, olive oil, cherry tomato, and a sprig of thyme.
Place on the plate of your choice. For an appetizer, I recommend that the portion be smaller and individual, so form a circle with the potatoes and decorate with the cherry tomato on one side. If it's for snacking, serve it on a large plate and do the same presentation.
