Preparation
Place a pot with water to boil. Add grape leaves and boil for 30 seconds. Remove from water and rinse. Repeat once more and dry the leaves.
Place a leaf on a cutting board with the veins facing up.
In a deep bowl mix the goat cheese with the spices.
Place 1/12 of the cheese in the center of a sheet and season lightly with salt. Sprinkle each round with 1/2 teaspoon of oil and wrap in the leaves. Cover the rolls with a little oil.
Heat a grill or skillet over high heat and cook the vine leaves for 2 minutes on each side.
