Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoonful of tomato puree
  • 5 spoonfuls of Water hot
  • 100 grams of nut from Brazil
  • 100 grams of hazelnut
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs integral
  • 1 tablespoon of fine herbes
  • walnuts varied (Indian nut, macadamia nut, etc.)

    Preparation

    Dissolve the yeast and tomato puree in the hot water.
    Mix all the other ingredients (Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, bread, herbs) and then add the previous mixture. Form small balls.
    Roll the balls into the assorted nuts and fry each one until golden brown.
