Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon mashed tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons Water, hot
  • 100 grams walnut, from Brazil
  • 100 grams hazelnut
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs, integral
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbes
  • walnuts, varied (Indian nut, macadamia nut, etc.)

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and tomato puree in the hot water.
Mix all the other ingredients (Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, bread, herbs) and then add the previous mixture. Form small balls.
Roll the balls into the assorted nuts and fry each one until golden brown.

TIPS

You can cover the balls with peanuts in moronas as an alternative.
