Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 tablespoons jocoque
  • 1/2 goat cheeses
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • basil
  • pita breads

Preparation

Mix jocoque, goat cheese, yogurt, olive oil and chopped basil in a bowl and stir with a blender so that it is very well integrated.
Garnish with basil and serve in a bowl with pita to eat as a dip.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with basil leaves.
