Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 leaves lettuce, ball, washed and disinfected
  • 12 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

To each leaf of lettuce we are going to give it a disc shape with the knife, trying to remove the irregular edges and that we are left with the shape of a corn tortilla.
In a sarte fry the parsley for 1 or 2 minutes approximately, to avoid burning it.
Fill each leaf of lettuce with the fried parsley, trying to distribute it well so that it reaches us, we pepper and are ready to eat.
