Ingredients

1 portion
  • 70 grams smoked marlin
  • 25 grams red onion
  • 5 grams fresh coriander
  • 10 milliliters lemon juice
  • to taste sauce, botanera (maggie, valentina, English sauce)
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 2 fried or toasted corn tortilla, or totopos, to accompany

Preparation

Cut the smoked marlin into small pieces.
Cut the purple onion into very small cubes. As fine as possible.
