When you have a party and want to get out of trouble, prepare this easy thread of hunters and peanuts. It is easy to prepare and has a very rich flavor. Accompany it with your favorite salsa and with a touch of lemon, your guests will be surprised!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup corn syrup, (for the syrup)
  • 5 tablespoons chilli powder, (for the syrup)
  • 3 tablespoons chamoy, (for the syrup)
  • 1 bag Cazares, (155 g) for the thread
  • 1 bag churrito, of chili (120 g) for the thread
  • 1 bag japanese peanut, (100 g) for the thread
  • 1/3 cups chamoy, (to decorate)
  • 3 tablespoons chilli powder, (to decorate)

Preparation

In a pot, heat the honey, chili and chamoy, until lighten.
In a large bowl, mix the fritters and add the sauce little by little, without soaking too much.
Place the mixture in a mold for thread, and compact with a spoon, rest 2 hours.
Desmolda and bathes with chamoy. Enjoy

Puedo meter al Refrigerador un poco la Rosca para que quede todo los ingredientes bien integrados ? O solamente las dos horas a Temperatura Ambiente? Gracias !!
