Place the corn kernels and epazote in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes. Melt the butter, add the mayonnaise and corn kernels in a pot over medium heat, then pour in the chicken broth, add the ramen and salt. Cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes or until the ramen is cooked.
