Nachos with Chilli

Prepare these delicious chili nachos to share with all your friends and family, with the delicious combination of cheese, spicy chili and the delicious Herdez® guacamole sauce.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the chilli
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped, for the chilli
  • 500 grams ground beef, beef, for the chilli
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped into small cubes, for the chilli
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, for the chilli
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the chilli
  • 1 tablespoon cumin, for the chilli
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the chilli
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes, for the chilli
  • to taste salt, for the chilli
  • to taste black pepper, for the chilli
  • 4 cups tortilla chip
  • enough chives, finely chopped, for garnish
  • enough cream, to decorate
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, pickles, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, chopped into medium cubes, to decorate
  • 1 jar Herdez® guacamole sauce

Preparation

In a frying pan heat the olive oil, when it is hot add the onion and let it fry, add the ground meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add the green pepper, the paprika, the garlic powder, the cumin, the tomato puree, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a tray, place the chips, then add the chili. Garnish with the tomato in squares, the chives, the cream and finally the Herdez® guacamole sauce. Accompany with cheese sauce.

PRESENTATION

Place on a porcelain tray, decorate with chives, tomato in squares, jalapeño pepper, cream and the Herdez® guacamole sauce.

TIPS

You can add ½ cup of cooked beans to the chili.
