Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 F).
Place the panela cheese in a refractory. Chop all the cheese with a fork.
In a bowl mix the grated garlic, olive oil, corn oil, oregano and dried chili flakes. Place the mixture on the cheese and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Every hour bathe the cheese with the mixture. (Ideally, refrigerate overnight).
Put the cheese in the oven for 15 minutes or until it is slightly soft.
Serve with crackers or pita bread.
