These veracruzanas minced will leave you stung with its flavor, golden and accompanied by a red sauce, they will be the perfect snack to enjoy with your family.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 1 Cube chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 500 grams corn masa
  • 1 cup aged cheese, fallen apart
  • 1 white onion

Preparation

Roast the tomatoes and chilies in a comal or pan until they are well covered on all sides.
Molcajetear the tomatoes and chilies until it has uniform consistency.
Add the spoonful of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, mix and reserve.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the sauce for 5 minutes over medium heat. Reserve.
Divide the dough into 20 balls and form the tortillitas with the help of a little machine.
Cook the tortillas in a comal on both sides and pinch the edge to form a small nozzle.
Heat the oil and pass the tortillas to fry them, drain on absorbent paper.
Spread a little sauce on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese and onion when serving.

yo las conozco como sopes :-) y les puedes untar frijoles refritos encima unas rajitas ya preparados con crema y elote y encima la salsita, queso y verdura y quedan riquisimas.
