Preparation
Roast the tomatoes and chilies in a comal or pan until they are well covered on all sides.
Molcajetear the tomatoes and chilies until it has uniform consistency.
Add the spoonful of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, mix and reserve.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the sauce for 5 minutes over medium heat. Reserve.
Divide the dough into 20 balls and form the tortillitas with the help of a little machine.
Cook the tortillas in a comal on both sides and pinch the edge to form a small nozzle.
Heat the oil and pass the tortillas to fry them, drain on absorbent paper.
