Popcorn is a high fiber food that helps you avoid constipation. You can prepare them at work, you just need to take the corn in a paper bag and cook them in the microwave. Very easy!

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups corn, dovecote
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, (optional)
  • chilli powder, brown paper

Preparation

Place the popcorn in a brown paper bag. Put it in the microwave and press the popcorn function.
Once cooked, add the salt and chili powder to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep plate.

TIPS

If you can't find corn kernels, you can use natural flavored microwave popcorn and omit the salt from the recipe.
