These potato sticks with cheese make a great snack for children. The best thing is that you can use the mashed potatoes that you have left over from another day.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Combine the potato, cheese, cilantro and yolk in a bowl.
Lightly flour the surface where you are going to work (clean) and roll up the potato mixture forming sticks 2 centimeters wide. Cut these sticks along about the size of a finger.
With a brush varnish the sticks with milk and empanízalos with sesame seeds you can use other seeds if you prefer.
Place the sticks in a baking dish with very little oil and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
