Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 cemita bread, open in the middle
  • 3 avocados
  • 3/4 rancheros cheeses, sliced
  • 3/4 oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 8 chipotle chiles
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Slice the cemitas in half and take out a bit of crumb, put in a tray.
Cut the avocado and remove the bone, with a spoon, place the avocado on the bread forming a semi-thick layer, add enough cheese, two more spoonfuls of avocado, chipotle peppers, a slice or whatever you prefer onion. Spray the olive oil add a little salt and cover with the lid.
