The chicken salad sandwich with Yoplait Griego Natural is a delicious and different way to eat. Try this recipe, it's easy to make, as well as being a complete and healthy meal.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 chicken breast, big
  • 1/2 cups Yoplait® greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemons, (juice)
  • 1 branch celery
  • 4 leaves celery, Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • 1/2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon raisin
  • 6 walnuts, chopped
  • 8 grapes
  • 1 ciabatta

Preparation

Cook the chicken breast either roasted or boiled and cut it into 1x1 squares.
Chop the celery, onion and apple in squares.
Split the grapes in half.
In a bowl, add the chopped ingredients, the Natural Greek Yoplait, the mustard, the lemon juice, the raisins and the nuts.
Mix all ingredients.
Cut the ciabatta in half and add the mixture.

TIPS

The mixture can go on top of a baked potato.
