The sandwiches are nutritious, practical and you can put them together with your favorite ingredients. Dare to enjoy this delicious grilled chicken sandwich with a creamy guajillo chili dressing. For this chicken sandwich recipe we use Bimbo® Flaxseed bread, which is made with seed rich in Omega 3, which can reduce cholesterol levels and help the heart to function properly. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 guajillo chiles, Vein-free, seedless and hydrated in water for dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar, for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, reduced fat for dressing
  • salt, for the dressing
  • pepper, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, for the chicken
  • salt, for the chicken
  • pepper, for the chicken
  • oil spray, for the chicken
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 package Bimbo® linseed bread
  • 1 cup red tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced (in shell)
  • 2 cups baby arugula, clean
  • vegetable, crudites, to accompany (carrot, celery and cucumber)

Preparation

For the dressing, blend the guajillo chili with the garlic, orange juice, white vinegar, oregano, sour cream, salt and pepper until completely incorporated. Reservation.
For the chicken, season the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Spray the oil in a hot grill pan for 33 seconds, cook the breast on both sides over low heat for 15 minutes; if necessary, cover the breast. Cut into half centimeter thick sheets and reserve.
Assemble your sandwich, spread a tablespoon of chili dressing on a slice of Bimbo® Linseed bread, place the chicken breast, tomato, onion, cucumber and baby arugula to taste. Cover with the second slice of Bimbo® Linseed bread. Accompany with veggie veggies to taste. Enjoy!

TIPS

Remember to cook the chicken over low heat so that it browns on the outside and cooks perfectly inside. If necessary, marinate for a few minutes, this will help tenderize the meat.
