Preparation
In a pan over low heat, melt butter and add mango and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes or until caramelizes. Remove from heat and add the lemon zest. Reservation.
Spread some cream cheese on each piece of bread and place some of the mangoes.
Decorate with pistachios and serve.
