This recipe of crostini with mango and pistachios is ideal to take away the craving and offer a very different and delicious sweet dessert or canapé, besides the explosion of flavors that you have in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 mangos, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 4 slices bread, Saníssimo® zero gluten, toasted and cut in four
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g) smoothing
  • 1/4 cups pistachio, finely chopped

Preparation

In a pan over low heat, melt butter and add mango and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes or until caramelizes. Remove from heat and add the lemon zest. Reservation.
Spread some cream cheese on each piece of bread and place some of the mangoes.
Decorate with pistachios and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with chopped pistachios.

TIPS

Serve at room temperature.
