Rich and tasty salmon sandwich with cucumber, you can accompany it with a dressing with mayonnaise to give it a special touch. I personally like it a lot.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slice of white bread
  • 150 grams salmon
  • 1 few mayonnaise
  • 1 twig fresh chives, minced
  • 1/2 cucumbers

Preparation

Cut the edges of the 4 loaves.
Then, once the chives are finely chopped, stir it with 1 or 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Spread the mayonnaise with chives on the bread.
Cut the cucumbers into slices and add them to the sandwich.
Then add salmon slices and cut the sandwiches in half.
