The combination of completely different flavors in this lunch makes it delicious, and a practical and healthy option to get out of the routine of the classic sandwich.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread of box
  • 50 grams of Manchego cheese
  • 2 slices of Turkey ham
  • 1/4 of golden apple
  • 2 teaspoons of Butter

    Preparation

    With a knife remove the edges of the slices of bread.
    Toast the bread and, while it is still hot, spread the butter on the slices. Cut the apple into thin slices.
    On a slice of bread we serve the ham, on the other the cheese and on top of 3 apple slices.
    We make the sandwich and that's it!

    TIPS

    Sprinkle the remaining apple with ground cinnamon.
