Ingredients: 4 eggs; 1/2 teaspoons Great Value® plain salt; 1/4 teaspoons pepper; 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped; 4 tablespoons Great Value® oil; 8 slices sandwich bread, without edges; 4 tablespoons cream cheese; 8 slices turkey deli ham; 8 slices Extra Special® mozzarella cheese; 2 sausages, cut in half lengthwise; 8 cloves, to simulate the eyes; 1/4 carrots, in strips, to simulate the antennas; 1 cup spinach, cut into strips, for decoration

In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and chives. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil and a bit of beaten egg. Form an omelette and cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked on both sides. Repeat to make 4 omelettes.
