  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 2 branches parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Slice the very thin sliced ​​tomato and add salt, pepper and olive oil. reserve it.
Drain the sardines and stir with a fork, add the grated garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
