Preparation
Slice the very thin sliced tomato and add salt, pepper and olive oil. reserve it.
Drain the sardines and stir with a fork, add the grated garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
Divide the sardines over 2 slices of bread, top with the slices of tomato, Parmesan cheese and pepper. put the other bread and heat them in the sandwich maker, until they are golden brown. Serve immediately.
