A delicious recipe for canapés but with gorgonzola. Serve them individually and you will see the success they have with everyone.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 baguette, cut into 1 cm thick slices
  • 2 pears, with heart and cut into thin slices
  • 200 grams gorgonzola cheese, in pieces
  • 100 grams arugula

Preparation

Cut the baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
Put the baguette in the oven to toast for 10 min. Take out and place a slice of pear, a bit of arugula and a bit of gorgonzola cheese on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a platter for canapés.
