  • 20 serrano peppers, red and green
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • enough olive oil
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®
  • 500 grams ground lamb
  • to taste English sauce, to season the meat
  • to taste soy sauce, to season the meat
  • to taste paprika, or paprika
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cheese, light, melting
  • 10 grams sesame seed, baked
  • to taste fresh coriander


In a bowl for fire, place a little olive oil, half an onion and the garlic previously cut in small julienne, cook until it is transparent, place the chiles previously cut in julienne, without seeds, or veins and cook for 10 minutes or until the skin bubbles.
Place the sugar, the pinch of salt and lower the heat to caramelize it .; if necessary add a little water. Cook about 30 minutes on very low heat. Let cool until it is like a light jam.
Place the meat with the remaining half onion cut into squares, mashed with the English sauce, the soy sauce, the paprika or paprika, salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Heat a bowl and sancocha the meat.
Mix the Hummus Libanius with the cream cheese, until they are well integrated.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a glass plate for a previously greased oven, place a layer of tortillas, on top of the tortillas, the HUMMUS with the cream. It extends perfectly.
On this, the layer of meat and on the meat the chilli jam; add cheese to melt and sprinkle sesame or sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro. Serve warm.


You can substitute lamb ground beef for half beef and half pork.
