  • 150 grams of Manchego cheese cut into thin slices
  • paprika

  • 1 clove of garlic

    Preparation

    Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the slices of bread on both sides. Do it in parts, not forgetting to add more oil if you need it. Put them on absorbent paper and rub them with the garlic clove.
