Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 kilos flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 stick butter
  • Water, tibia
  • 1 package sausage
  • 1 package ham
  • 1 mozzarella cheese
  • tomato sauces, prepared

Preparation

Sift the flour with the yeast and salt and make a source.
Put the eggs and butter in the center of the bowl.
Stir and add warm water. Knead.
Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
Spread on a round or square tray.
Put tomato sauce on it for pizza.
Add the ham and sausages and cheese.
Let stand 10 more minutes.
To bake.

PRESENTATION

If it is prepared in a rectangular tray, all the dough can be used.

TIPS

If desired, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the dough.
