Tacos doraditos stuffed with cottage cheese, ham and Manchego cheese, which will be a hit among your guests. Excellent for elegant evenings that will leave a good taste in your mouth.


5 portions
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos curd
  • oils
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 8 slices Ham
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 8 strips manchego cheese, c / s


Put oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic over low heat.
Add the cottage cheese to the pan with the garlic and onion.
Season the cottage cheese with salt, pepper and the chicken powder consommé. Leave for 3 minutes taking care not to stick.
The tortillas are heated in a comal for a short time in order to soften them.
The tortillas are spread on a flat surface and a slice of ham is added to each of these.
On top of the ham put a layer of cottage cheese spread with a spoon.
Place a strip of Manchego cheese on top of the cottage cheese and in the middle of the ham.
Two ends of the tortilla are folded into parallel lines as shown in Photograph No.4
Roll the tortilla to make burritos.
Put in a pan oil and let warm.
To lower the fire of the pan and to place the burritos putting the part of the union of the tortilla direct to the oil so that it does not open.
Turn the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
Cut in half diagonally and place in a platter.


Put on them chopsticks so that you can see a better presentation and decoration of the snack. To the chopsticks you can put a piece of aluminum on the tip to make them stand out.


It can be accompanied with a tomato sauce to give a better flavor.
