Ingredients

7 portions
  • 4 cups White rice, Cooked
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh scallion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon White pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams bread crumbs, corn flakes

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the pepper and chives, refrigerate 15 minutes.
With your hands, form rice balls and fill them with a little cream cheese.
Pass the balls through the egg and rub them well.
Fry them in very hot oil until brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve them as a hot snack with a cheese or soft cream sauce.
