6 portions
  • 500 grams asadero cheese
  • 150 grams whole grain bread crumbs
  • 3 egg whites, smoothie
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 400 grams tomtato, 4 pieces
  • spices, basil, pepper, salt, garlic, onion and bay leaf
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Cut the cheese into triangular portions about 1 centimeter thick.
Place the whole ground bread in a bowl and in another place the 6 whites previously beaten.
Soak your cheese triangles in the egg and quickly in the crushed bread until they are completely covered, repeat 2 more times until there is no space left to cover.
In a pan a little higher than your portions of cheese put your 2 cups of olive oil to boil and carefully place your triangles turn until you see that they are golden on both sides as side.
Allow to cool on absorbent paper.
Cook your tomatoes with boiled water, remove the peels and put them in the blender next to 2 teaspoons of oil and your spices (basil, pepper, salt, garlic, onion and bay leaf)
Place your tomato sauce and its ingredients previously liquefied in a small pot and leave to boil.
Ready you have your cheese triangles with homemade sauce ready for your Lunch.

For a good presentation I recommend that you place your triangles of cheese on a white plate so they will stand out with your red sauce. You can put some good yerba leaves on top of your sauce.

If you do not have bread crushed, you can use cold and hard bread from the previous day and liquefy it. You can add some type of ham, pepperoni or salami.
