Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can abalone, Emperor of the Sea® *
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, Lea Perrins
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, Lucero® *
  • arabic bread, toasted

Preparation

Chop cilantro onion.
Chop chipotle.
Drain the abalone can and cut sheets.
Mow a bed of abalone on a plate, onion, English sauce, chipotle, cilantro, lemon juice and olive oil.

PRESENTATION

Serve with toasted arabian bread.
