2 portions
  • 300 grams fresh salmon, the sheets
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup arugula baby
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

De lo mejor! Hace ya dias que queria probarlo, me he topado con la receta y vaya que me ha dejado impresionado!Aunque es indispensable que las laminas de salmon sean lo mas delgado posible y si agregamos un toque de cilantro y pimientos al jugo de limon, quedara mucho mejor!
